As the owner and perfumer of For the Scent of It, I have loved the scents of life for as long as I can remember. That love for scent led to an obsession with perfumery. In 2015, that obsession led to studying the art of creating perfumes from scratch. I set out to learn how to craft a perfume that smelled as good as any I would purchase for my own collection. After 6 years, in 2021, For the Scent of It officially launched.
“For the Scent of It” originated after someone asked once, "why do you wear perfume?" My response was simply, “for the scent of it”. Now, For the Scent of It is on a mission to create small batches of high quality perfumes for people who love the scents of life.
